Create Users daily in Active Directory (AD)

One of my friends must daily create hundreds of users in the Active Directory. I know it is possible to create Users with LDIFDE and CSVDE. He is finding these methods to complex and searching similar Tools. How do you create Users in the Active Directory in your company’s? Are there any alternatives?
