How to add a registry key for HKCU via GPO for Word 2007

I need help to create a adm file to add the following registry setting
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Options]
"AutoGrammarWordMail"=dword:00000000
"SQLSecurityCheck"=dword:00000000

This is for windows 2003 AD
