FTP works fine in command prompt, but takes forever to load in FTP client programs & IE

Hi Experts,

I am having a problem with accessing a FTP site in my working enviroment. I have setup an FTP site, and it ran fine for a while. Then one day the FTP start becoming very slow in responding through FTP client or using Internet Explorer to access. Most of the time, it should just hang in searching for the files. However, if i use the command prompt and FTP. the speed for browsing the folder is very normal. Does anyone have any idea of what could be the problem behind this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!Start Free Trial
