The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Why documents are running slow on a specific folder on the server?

I was checking a user folder on his computer where he has all his information within the server, theres an issue any documents that i open within that folder is slow "word, excel, txt, etc" even deleating anything in his folder is slow , so what i did was i took a document that was slow in that folder and move it into his desktop i opened that document and it was working fine and fast, i checked the same document on the folder again and is slow, so i made another folder on the server moved that document on that folder and it was working fine too, all users are working fine with their documents except him that are running slow, i am running Windows SBS 2003, and his computer is working fine.Start Free Trial
