File Sharing across different subnets

I have the following configuration
one location that has 5 servers and 45 computers on 172.21.1.XXX. utilizing a cisco 3845 at this location.
We have added a remote site on a point to point T-1 network that site is setup as 172.21.3.xxx and has a cisco 1861 the sysete is utilizing Voip. The Voip and the connection to the internet is fine. I can ping my servers at the existing location. 3 computers were moved and the IP changed to the 172.21.3.XXX for the remote site. I cannot see the computers in my workgroup on the servers and the computers cannot see any files on the existing servers. The 3 computers at the remote location can see each other and a network printer has bee set up at the remote location. I need the remote location to see the servers at the orginal site.
