Samba roaming profiles and Vista/WinXP clients

I am running a Linux box as a domain controller (RHL4) - Samba is configured on this box and this box in the PDC for my domain. I have a mixture of XP Pro and Vista Business clients - they all seem to log into the domain OK but the roaming profiles for the Vista machines are stored under a separate profile directory to that of the WinXP machines. Does anyone have a method by which Samba can be configured so that profiles can roam from Vista to Win XP machines so that users can maintain transparency with their desktops, My Docs etc. ?
