Linux Enterprise Server version

Hi currently we use Novell Netware 6.0 sp5 for our main file server.. it has 3 volumes
Vol 1
Vol 2
Vol 3
each Vol a sset of users in groups or depts.

Our hardware is old, and Netware 6.0 sp5 is no longer supported... so we need to move to new hardware and new OS.

have been thinking of a form of Linux... I am not a Linux expert by any means... but basically we still want to have security .... for ex.
1. authentication must be enabled on server for user acces, file/folder level permissions
2. groups
3. login times
4. account lockout...
5. print server
6. dhcp/dns perhaps if possible.

So these are the kinds of security or roles our current Netwre server handles and we'd like the new Linux  server to do the same if nto greater...

we cannot afford to go SUSE Linux OES 2 by Novell as per the licensing is way too much
we have 150 users onsite....

any suggestions pls/
