few questions... is your account a local admin or a domain admin? it may be that your user has administrative rights to that pc but under the domain policy it is still a user. try to log in to the machine as a LOCAL system administrator. Then try reinstalling your software.

Better ask first the Domain Admin. I'm sure there is a good reason for those policy settings. If you are domain admin, ask the enterprise admin :)

Thanks to your answers. I'm domain admin also I installed with local admin account but it fails

Have you tried logging in as your local admin account and then installing the software?

Check the GPO for the domain, or that specific computer then.
Be careful that you can define software restrictions for all the users, including admins.
Ask the enterprise admins if there is a reason for this policy. If not, modify it so that you can install what you need.

I logged in as a local account but it didn't work & I check the GPO everything is OK.

Let's be clear about one thing. The screenshots you posted are Local computer policy. As you know, domain policy takes precedence. So it really doesn't matter what you change in the local security policy, because the GPO applied on the domain will overwrite those settings.
Now, it doesn't matter if you log in with local admin or domain admin, because in a normal domain enviroment the domain admins group is added in the local administrators group.
As long as you are a domain admin, you should (and if you aren't is bad) be in local admin group, therefore have all the rights possible.
There is really no need to log in with local administrator (and it would be very disturbing if a domain admin needs to log with another account to do something).
Log in to your DC.
Start-programs-administrative tools-Group policy management
Check what policies are applied to that workstation.
Check carefully those policies.
You'll find your answer, good luck :)

you could try removing it from the domain then changing the policy before installing your software.
