Access NFS on Windows 2008

Tags: Access Denied connecting from Ubuntu to Windows 2008 Server running NFS services

I am trying mount an NFS share that resides on a stand alone Windows 2008 server from a Ubuntu Linux server when I use the mount servername:/sharename /directoryo_linux it mounts fine but I cannot access the directory I get a Permission Denied message.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
