Any time I connect to my Win2003 server using remote desktop, the ugly Utility Manager box pops up and I can't type certain keys on the keyboard. First I uninstalled it, that didn't help, then tried to remove it from the registry that helped a little bit but then Windows reinstalle the utility. At the momnet I can't manage one my win2003 server remotely. This is our File and Print server and AD as well. Any ideas how I can permanantly disable or remove this UTILITY MANAGER. I don't need the Magnifier, the Narrator and On-Screen Keyboard. Whats up Microsoft?
Thanks,

I think this may be what you are looking for:
Start the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Services snap-in (Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Services).
Right-click Utility Manager, and select Properties.
Set the Start-up type to Disabled, and click Apply. Then click OK.
