hi, i'm having hassle setting up the CURL libs on APache and PHP.
I have APache 2.0.5 and PHP 4.3.8. I installed Apache as normal and setup PHP and have the two working fine. I have the extensions directory with the CURL Dll in my php folder.
i edited the PHP.ini file and uncommented the CURL extension and the put in the extension directory.
when i try to restart APache i get an error saying it couldn't find the DLL in the location specified. the location is correct.
anyone got any ideas?? one thought that sprang to mind. i downloaded the PHP installer and also the binary. i ran the installer and then just dropped the extension directory into the PHP directory. is this weher the problem lies?? if so how do i fix it then?

sorted it.
it was something to do with the versin of PHP i was using. i used the installer version originally.
i rmoved this version and used the binary version which unzips itself to a certain folder. i still had all the same settings in the php.ini file etc...
worked first time i tried it.

When you say that you 'put in the extension directory', did you put in the full path to the extension directory, or just a relative path?
