rotatelogs.exe - where is it coming from???

Asked by mgcIT in Apache Web Server

I have a Windows 2000 Server and just noticed in Task Manager that rotatelogs.exe is appearing several times.  After a quick Google search it seems this process is somehow related to Apache.  The only problem is that I don't *think* I have Apache installed.  Unless maybe it was installed in the background of another app.  So I need some help tracking down where this is coming from.  How would I know if I have Apache installed? and why would I be seeing multiple instances of rotatelogs.exe?  Is that normal for Apache?

I've checked startup folder, RUN key in the registry, and services but don't see anything related to Apache.
