Flash files in Apache

I have a test.html file in which i call a test.swf(flash file).  Both the file  I copied into the below directory
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs
When i open the html file the swf file is not getting displayed.  Not sure why is it so.
I checked  whether the  below one is set in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\con\Mime.types file.  I am also to see swf entry in Mime file also.
application/x-shockwave-flash                  swf
Not sure why it is not playing
