how can I call external .jar or other files into .htaccess?

Is there any way, I can call or include the .jar files or some other extensions in Apache with .ht access file?

i believe it is not possible to load .dll files

after search, i have found this url, http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/mod/mod_so.html#loadfile

can't we use loadmodule to load the .dlls through .htaccess?
