CFQUERY Problem

Hi, I have this cfquery which is laid out below. I want to achieve is:

#form.START_DATE# =< MAS_INSPECTION_DATE <= #form.END_DATE#
OR
#form.START_DATE# =< MAS_PMA <= #form.END_DATE#
OR
#form.START_DATE# =< MAS_PERMIT <= #form.END_DATE#

Can someone please help me rewrite the codes below so that I can achieve the desired results? Thanks.
