The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Cold Fusion error - File Not Found   HELP!!!!!!!

We recently brought our company website in-house. In the root folder of the site, we have another folder for our intranet which is built in ColdFusion MX. We are a training facility, and in the intranet, someone may want to query an instructor to see their schedule. I have a file called InstQuery for this. It displays day and night classes. On that page I have a lnk called Day and one called Eve, in case people just want to see upcoming classes for day or night, for a given instructor. These links go to InstDayQry.cfm and InstEveQry.cfm. Now the eve query works just fine. However, I get an error message when the day one is queried. It says it can't find the file, however IT'S RIGHT THERE! Just to check, I copied the InstDayQry.cfm file to the "internet" site's root folder and passed a param (an inst #) to the page there and it worked just fine. Yet the exact same param and URL won't work when I direct it to the file in the intranet folder. One more piece to the puzzle is I've done the same thing by month. People can query by clicking a button with a month name on it. Then they can drill down to days or nights in that month. I get the same problem. The MonthEveQry works but MonthDayQry.cfm can't be found! It's like anything with the word "day" in it is hidden. What's the freakin problem here besides me?????? Please help!
