images and db editing / logic

It's the novice again. O.k., my backend db seems to be working fine. Let me explain what's going on:

I have a database set up that allows users to add information about an object (weight, size, color, etc.) in one table "objects". Each object has a primary key(Pkey) and all the other attributes are fields in the table.

In another table, "pics", the users can add pictures of the object that they described in the "objects" table (the pictures are stored on the HD not in the DB). The fields in the "pics" table are img_id(Pkey), img_path,user,object_id(foriegn key) and create_date.

Lastly, there is a simple "users" table that contains the userid, pwd, and primary key.

I have the add-listing.cfm page working. What it does is simply add object information into the table "objects" and also the "username".

What I would like to do is this, when a user logs in, the page he/she will see is a page displaying a table that shows 3 columns. The header on the column needs to say "Photos (this one is simple html, so omit)", "Edit This Listing" (an <a href> that the user can click to edit THAT listing only, and a "DELETE Listing" (again an <a href> that the user can click to delete THAT listing only!!!). Below in the table rows, there needs to be a .gif/.jpg image(from the "pics" table cooresponding with the listing) with a <a href> pointing to the same "Edit This Listing" link mentioned above, a "title" (this is in the "objects" table), and finally another <a href> link "more" that will display the full listing containing the object, it's attributes, and picture in a new window. This should repeat itself for every listing that a user has in the "objects" database. If a user hasn't placed an image in the "pics" db, then a default image (nophoto.gif) should be displayed.

I'm really having a problem with this. Please adivse.
