Looping and inserting form values

Hi,

I need to perform a database UPDATE, not insert, but an update and I am having problems because of the looping involved of the form elements..

Its like this. Each value is stored in an html text box.

tableHeader1 TblHeader 2 TblHeader 3 tblHeader 4

1. ValueA ValueB ValueC ValueD
2. ValueAA ValueBB ValueCC ValueDD
3. ValueAAA ValueBBB ValueCCC ValueDDD

*UPDATE VALUES*

The form fields each have a unique name like:

formFieldName#currentrow#

How can I UPDATE my database table with any values that have changed or do I have to update everything since I have only 1 submit button.
