With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Need help with CFCOOKIE

Ok, I suck at coldfusion. I am needing to set a cookie on a users machine.

I have a page that is calling a storyID. Essentially, its an article posting.

At the bottom, I am going to have a select element with options 1 through 10. These are ratings that people can give it.

Basically, I want to make it so once they choose a rating, it gets inserted into the database in the table I specified.

I also want a cookie set so that if they come back to the story, they can't vote on the story again.

Here is my option list.

I just need some help with the CFIF statement and setting the cookie so I can accomplish this.
