This means "System cannot find path specified". Probably, the path misspelled, or this is a network drive, and CF account doesn't have permissions to access it.

Hi rot299!
Double-check the "Execute Permissions" for your home directory. Be sure that it is set to "Scripts and Executables".
To do this, simply follow the steps provided below :
1. Open IIS.
2. Right click "Default Web Site" then click "Properties".
3. Go to "Home Directory" tab then set "Execute Permissions" to what I've stated.
4. And of course, apply the changes.
Hope this helps you. Just try it.
Goodluck!
