I was looking in the Server settings area and It says this for the Versoin

Version  7,0,0,91690    
Edition  Enterprise (DevNet)             <-----------------------Is this the Full retail version?
Serial Number  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx               <-----------There is a serial number here, I x'd it out
Operating System  Windows 2003    
OS Version  5.2

enterprise is normally the top retail version... but they started giving away "developer" versions for free with cf mx (possibly before) which only work on 1 ip.  maybe that is the "devnet" version and why it puts that line in there for you.

If you did purchase the full edition then contact macromedia and let them know about this and they can either give you a new key to enter or a hotfix to remove the banner.

If you did not purchase the full edition - then chances are that it reverted to develper edition after the 30 day trial period.
