Open new resized window in cftree

I have a cfform page in flash format with a cftree with cftreeitem when I click on cftreeitem I want to open new resized window without toolbar, without scrollbars, no menu and can not be resized.

Could you explain a little more about how to use...

categories.selectedNode.getProperty('data').path.toLowerCase()

I get that categories = treename  but I cant seem to get it to work.  The popup opens, but when I dump, I dont see any values in the struct.  thanks
