ColdFusion 8 in windows server 2008

Hi Experts,

I had installed ColdFusion 8 on Windows 2008 Server machine. I have encountered some errors. After the installtion is completed and I hit the "Done" button the browser opens and it displayed an error. I am pasting the same here.

After all I went to windows services I couldnt find two servives(ColdFusion 8 ODBC Agent and ColdFusion 8 ODBC server ) which are present there while installing CF 7 by default.

Please reply me with a solution as soon as possible.
