Sending E-mail Blasts with Coldfusion

Hello All,

     I was just thinking about mass-email services like Constant Contact and such, and I was wondering if i can just create my own e-mail blast tool with coldfusion.  For instance, if I had a list of email names, couldn't I just loop through it, sending an e-mail to each person in the list?  Are there any problems with this approach?  (Your host server thinking you are spamming because you are sending rapid e-mails etc).  Can anyone give me some advice or recommend a good approach?  Thank you in advance.Start Free Trial
