Can't install ColdFusion 8 on Windows 2008 / IIS7

I cant install ColdFusion 8 on Windows 2008 with IIS7. I get the ErrorPage:

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
