Hi all, need advice on how to setup server with CF8 and DWCS3

Hi again all!

I have a MS Windows 2003 Standard Server, i have installed ColdFusion8 along with MySQL and sucessfully created a database connection. My problem is DW has no db connection, i have tried to use the localhost:8500 in both the ColdFusion wwwroot and the Inetpub wwwroot, but niether of them connect. (This is what i've been using on my laptop so far, but it's now on the server).

Here is what i use: http://"IP Address"/ghg-news. (IP address is private as it's forwarded from router to internal server).

Obviously there's something missing from the URL, but i don't know what. This is the first 'live' CF server i've set up, as before i was just using the localhost prefix on my laptop, and the db connection was fine, but now i need to tell it the right address and i don't know which one to use, the CF root folder or Inetpub root?

Does anyone out there have any experiance with CF8? I'd really like some help with this :-)
