How to convert a rtf, doc, xls file on the fly to a pdf with Coldfusion

What I have here is a folder stored on a shared drive. In this folder are Word and Excel files that I want to display on my Coldfusion site but in PDF form.

I would like to somehow convert these Word and Excel files to PDF on the fly when the end-user uploads them to my shared server folder. Is that possible.

I am trying to avoid having to go in and convert the files to PDF with Adobe by hand. And, I don't want to display anything in Excel and Word on the site.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Can one of you please write up some code that would convert every document under the sun into a PDF on the fly and display it onto the web. Thanks for that.

Just kiddin'.

I guess I'll do some research in the commercial sector.

Thanks folks.
