Coldfusion page not working in IE8 or FF3

Hey Experts!!

I have absolutely NO experience with ColdFusion, but I need to get this problem fixed( so is every IT person's life).  

The URL is : http://74.7.236.166/enovis53/index.cfm

I can give credentials after an expert posts.  

What's happening is I cannot view any projects.  I hit projects and nothing happens in FF.  In IE though, it will change the menu and let me then click "view projects".  It then does nothing but reset the menu.  

Please remember, I have NO Cold Fusion experience and did not develop any part of this app.  

Please also, let me know which code would be relevant for debugging.
