The main difference between the objectcontext and the scriptingcontext is that the objectcontext was built using the MTS technology. The objectcontext is a new version with a lot more MTS functions.
It is better to use the objectcontext because Microsoft isn't sure that it will support the scriptingcontext in future releases of IIS. The ObjectContext will work on a NT4.0 running IIS 4.0. IIS 3.0 and PWS are not supported.
Normally ScriptingContext should still work under IIS 5.0 though.
