Call PDF bookmark from web address

I'm using VI 6.0 to program ASP pages.  My client wants to know if it is possible to load a PDF within a browser and jump to a particular bookmark within the PDF document.  (It would be even better if the browser can pass some sort of 'parameter(s)' to the PDF file and make it jump to different PDF bookmark depending on the value of the parameter...)

Any idea?  Thanks.
