I get this when trying to access my site fromt he internet or directly in IIS when I rt click on the site and select browse. Now if I rt click on the index page and select browse it lets me view the page. I have check file permissions on the directory for the site and on the site setup in IIS. I changed the site this morning by creating a new directory and then chenging the home drive. This is server 2k3 and IIS 6.0. I'm out of places to look and would really like some help. Thanks.....

That's a 403 error...
Right-click on the Web root or directory causing a problem. Then Properties, then Documents tab. Is your default document in that list (index page)? Make it the top one.
Then under security tab, click Edit on the first button. What do you have here? Anonymous and/or Auth? Does this site require authentication?
