Hello I receive the following error message, HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource, after I have doen the following below.  After I login the pages display fine.

1) read Default permissions and user rights for IIS 6.0 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812614/)
2) verified that IUSR_MachineName and DAPInternet Account have read and execute permissions to the www folder and under Directory Security in IIS Manager V6.0.  went into the the IIS MMC to check to see if the IUSR_MachineName and DAPInternet Account are listed with read permissions.
3) Read previous cases in IIS search
