ISAPI url rewrite redirect .htm to .asp

I would like to know for  the Helicon Tech ISAPI_Rewrite module, how I  redirect

www.domain.com/page.htm or www.domain.com/folder/page.htm or more folders

to

www.domain.com/page.asp or www.domain.com/folder/page.asp etc etc
