We have a windows 2003 server running web server for people unload data. It doesn't work since last week and receives this message:

Are Running in IIS5 isolation mode?
switch to IIS6 mode.
Changed the identity of the DefaultAppPool to LocalSystem
make sure that Network Service was member of IIS_WPG group
Authenticated Users and Interactive Users was a member
of the Users group
DefaultAppPool back to Network Service
switch RPC from LocalSystem back to Network Service.
Reboot.
