Front Page Extensions on Win2003 R2 Stnd x64 SP1

I have not been able to find a way to install Front Page Extensions on our MS Win2003 R2 Standard X64 SP1 that is neing used as a web server.

I have a Front Page 2000 user that needs to have access to the web server and I have tried to install the extensions in the following way

Add Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Application Server > Internet Information Services

Front Page is not listed. All that I have listed is the following:

Background Intelligent Transfer .......
Common Files....
File Transfer Protocol.....
Internet Information Services Manager
Internet Printing
NNTP Service ....
SMTP Service ....

Can anyone assist?

I have visited this URL and it appears to be incorrect. The first page says to navigate to a link and download the extensions. I followed that link and there is no download on instructions.

I have already tried these instructions to no avail.
