How can I allow .NET 2.0 Full Trust but within just a domain's root folder?

We have a shared server with many domains running .NET applications. How can we allow a domain to run in FULL trust mode but only within their domain's root folder? I know within the .NET config you can allow $AppDir$ but how can we allow it for the entire wwwroot folder?

Yes, with an entry like the following code which I attached:-

Make sure you know what you are doing with this though. Allowing a site to run Full Trust will give that domain full access to your server.

You'd normally only want to possibly do this for your own domains on your own servers.

I just realized I asked the question wrong. I used that part of it but how can I use custom web.config files but properly allow them to use features such as FileIO Permissions for their ENTIRE wwwroot folder and not just the $appDir$
