Hi,
Yes...You can create custome web.config means custome trust level in which you can add some of the full trust permission l. Please check attached file for the custom trust level and it is not harmful on the shared hsoting server.
You have to create custome.config file and add this refrence in the main web.config
<securityPolicy>
<trustLevel name="Full" policyFile="internal" />
<trustLevel name="High" policyFile="web_hightrust.
<trustLevel name="Medium" policyFile="web_mediumtrus
<trustLevel name="Low" policyFile="web_lowtrust.c
<trustLevel name="Minimal" policyFile="web_minimaltru
<trustLevel name="MyTrust" policyFile="custome.config
</securityPolicy>
<trust level="MyTrust" originUrl=".*" />
So you will get some full trust permissions.

Hi,
No../.If that .dll require full trust then it is not possible to run under the medium trust level.
You can just try to upload all .dll files in the domain /bin folder and try to give Network service permission . But If your .dll require complete full trust level then it will not work.
