Are you running IIS on the machine. The error is refering to the application pool process running on the IIS server. Have you scheduled any maintainance on the worker process, like memory flushing, session resets and restarting the worker process?
ASKER
IIS is on the machine. no scheduled maintenance.
how often does this happen? is there any noticable effect seen by the user?
it is probably just IIS recycling worker processes or something like that - notice that it is a warning, and not an error as such.
cheers.

about every 4 min, not notice effects as of yet.
is it always "http://192.168.4.57:8530/SimpleAuthWebService/SimpleAuth.asmx"?
what does that script actually do?
Cheers.
