The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Server extensions, FP2003, can not add to website.

Good Day!
I have a windows 2003 R2 server with all service packs and updates. We use IIS6, and Frontpage 2003. I need to get FP2002 server extensions added to an existing web site. The website was created on a W2K IIS5 server with FP2000. When I try to verify the server extensions or recalculate the web, I get an error "The Server administration programs and the server extensions on the web server are not compatoble. The administration program is too old to use with this server".
I look in "Microsoft SharePoint Administrator" and I see the web site there. I click on the link for the site and get an error stating the website can not be found. I see the version as 6.0.2.8161. I can not remove the server extensions, if I try it closes IIS MMC and get the same error about being too old. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
