So I do proerties on this new web site, click the Directory Security tab and click Access control.
I uncheck the anonymous checbox and leave Integrated authentication checked. I can't log in with any credentials.
So I check the directory security. I add "Everyone" with "Full Control". I still can't log in.
What did I miss?
Thanks!

Directory security has nothing to do with this. Think of authentication as a key to a door. Once you pass the door, directory security decides what can be done within the folders of the website. However, even that might not work as you expect because web applications in IIS actually use a Guest account to access the operating system (for the server's protection)
Integrated Authentication is Windows authentication. If the IIS computer is a member of the domain, then domain users can access the website. If the IIS isn't then the user accounts have to be added to the local computer group.
