WSUS 3.0 SP1 Not working

I have installed WSUS 3.0 SP1 onto a DC, File and Print Server running Windows Werver 2003 R2.

Installed OK with no errors.

I have set-up to update from MS, Client update through GP, Port 8530 - so simple and basic.

I have replicated this set-up at 3 other sites and it works fine.

The errors appear in event viewer in blocks of 7:

1. ID 13042 - Self-update is not working
2. ID 13051 - No Computers have ever contacted the server
3. ID 12002 - The Reporting Web Service is not working.
4. ID 12032 - The Server Synchronization Web Service is not working.
5. ID 12022 - The Client Web Service is not working.
6. ID 12042 - The SimpleAuth Web Service is not working.
7. ID 12052 - The DSS Authentication Web Service is not working.

I have re-installed a few times and created new instances of the WSUS Admin IIS service but no joy
