Remote IIS Reset

We are trying to place a reset button on the desktop of an end user computer so they are able to reset IIS if the webserver crashes during the night. The user is not an administrator (and cannot be) on the webserver. The end user machine is XP and is not running IIS. Is there a way to handle this? Something like "iisreset servername /no force /user account / password"? if so, can I map a drive from the local machine to the server and run the application or do I need IIS running on the XP box?
