IIS 6.0 Stops Serving Websites Several times a days

I have a Windows 2003 Server Web Edition that is running IIS 6.0 that is hosting several websites that were originally on a Windows 2000 server running IIS 5.0.  The sites have been working fine for several months without any problems.  About a month ago we started having problems with the IIS 6.0 where it would just stop serving the websites, the only way to fix the problem is to restart the whole server.  Once that is done it resolves the problem, it has been as short as 2hrs and as long as 24hrs before we see the problem again.
The website is running a simple ASP-HTML with a FLV player and many flv movies.
The website was running over windows 2000 for many months without problems.
Event viewer does not show anything about IIS.
The server has a lot of traffic.
I have changed a parameter in metabase.xml, the parameter is AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed, old value was 20480 and new value is 1073741824, this new value it's just to try a solution.
There are not problem with memory or proccesor, never use more than 5% or 10%.
There are not 3th. part of sofware like DLL or components.

The only solution is restart the server :(
