Ok, have you tried attaching a debugger and watching the exception? If not then
-Set the Build Type of your project to Debug.
-Find where the exception is thrown, either by running visual studio locally, or by attaching the the w3p process.
-Set breakpoints before the exception.
-Examine and return your findings here.

Check for application errors in the event viewer to look for the assembly.
