Can't get web link to work internally and externally

On a website that is hosted outside of our company, there is a link to the internal intranet that looks like this:

xx.xxx.xxx.xxx/folder/menu.asp

This works fine externally but if you try to use that link internally it does not work. Any ideas how to fix this?Start Free Trial
