how do I upgrade from IIS6 to IIS7 on Windows Server 2003

I want to upgrade to IIS7.  Can someone provide me with the exact link to the download I need...  www.iss.net has tons of downloads but as with all of MS's other website its impossible to find the exact thing you need...

Also, how do I tell exactly what version of IIS I currently have... clicking Help-> About IIS dowsn't actually show the version number...

You CANNOT upgrade IIS without upgrading Windows to server 2008.  IIS is an integral part of the OS.  

Put simply, if you want IIS 7, you need to upgrade the server to Windows Server 2008.
