Is the RejectResponseUrl= a typo??? Is there supposed to be a value after the = sign?

Browse All TopicsCan I just put the following in my urlscan.ini and nothing else? Its the only thing I am concerned with at the moment... will this ONLY use the AllowVerbs functionality? Bascially... I only want URLscan to use AllowVerbs... I don't want it to use ANYTHING else.

That is very much possible. Only set UseAlloeVerbs = 1 and set other to 0 to disable. See sample ini file below
