Question

I am getting lots of errors Application Error Event ID 1000

I am runing web page ASP.NET 2 on Intel Blade. On blade on which is my web app is 2 x Quad Core Xeon , 4 GB RAM and Windows 2003 64 bit.

In event viewer I getting

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0000000000036554.

Problem is that once a weeb I must restart IIS to do my web page working !
What to do ?

Normally, Event ID 1000 is related to a application. Many possible causes. link may help,

Microsoft resolved that the browser.dll file in the c:\windows\system32 folder was corrupt. They then emailed me a hotfix. Information about this hotfix can be found at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932762.

First Unregister the old file and then register tyhe new file after replacing in same path..
