Windows Server 2003 Pop3 Email password will not allow logon unitl password is changed

Asked by whiwex in Microsoft IIS Web Server, Email Servers, Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3)

I am running winows server 2003 with email configured for POP3.
I only have two email accounts configured.
Everything works fine except about every 30 days I can't logon and retreive email unless I cahnge the password through the command prompt. I change it to what the password was and I'm good to go.
Where do I change the password to never expire?
