IIS 7 internet printing for SBS 2008

need to know how to go about and set this up?  This was very easy to do on Windows 2003 server with IIS6..

Two dell printers are posted in IIS7 at http://localhost/printers but cannot get to them from outside of the network.  Tried https and http... no good.

what happens when you try to access them outside the network?  Can you access anything else on that web server from outside?
